The challenge
Building a website for a recovery and wellbeing service requires extraordinary care. The audience is often in a vulnerable moment — they need to feel safe, understood, and guided to the right support quickly. The website had to balance clarity and warmth with absolute usability, especially on mobile.
Our approach
We approached every design decision through the lens of the visitor's emotional state. Calming colours, clear language free of clinical jargon, and an information architecture that answered "can you help me?" in seconds. Accessibility was non-negotiable throughout.
