The challenge
EduLearn Academy had a roster of expert instructors and a catalogue of course content, but was relying on third-party platforms with high transaction fees and limited brand control. They wanted their own platform — one that felt professional and was entirely theirs.
The requirements were substantial: video hosting and streaming, learner accounts, quiz and assessment tools, progress tracking, and automated certificate generation.
Our approach
We spent the first three weeks in discovery and architecture — mapping out every user journey for both learners and instructors, and designing the data model around how learners would actually progress through courses.
We integrated with a professional video streaming API for reliable delivery, built a quiz engine with multiple question types, and designed a progress system that kept learners engaged and motivated.
